USERS RULES FOR AUDITORIUM
The following rules need to be strictly followed by the users (before/after/during any event):
1. The users should neither fiddle nor touch the fixtures of the auditorium. If required, the concerned staff of the auditorium can be contacted for help.
2. As and when required, the users should move to the auditorium in an orderly fashion and get seated at their allocated areas.
They should continue to sit in the auditorium quietly and listen attentively till the end of the programme. They must express their applause for any item in decent gesture. They should stay in their seats, unless otherwise directed.
3. Carrying any food material including Water, Chocolates & Bag (medium & large) etc. to the auditorium is strictly prohibited.
The users may carry their almanac and pen/pencil whenever they visit for any literary activity/counselling session/special assembly.
4. Photography in any form, using mobile phones / camera / handicam etc. is strictly prohibited inside the auditorium (except the organizer for their own programme).
5. For rehearsal or any other programme, the users should enter the auditorium along with their in-charge only.
6. On all the main function days, nobody should enter into the auditorium without Invitation/Pass which is non-transferable.
7. Booking times means actual event times plus one hour before and one hour after of the event and if more time required that can apply for more booking times.
8. Donation
50% to be deposited with the application and balance 50% to be paid 24 hrs before of date of event against money receipt.
